A nurse should check on a patient every 15 - 20 minutes. I could have had a heart attack in the 45 minutes I was waiting to see the doctor. That’s all doctors.

She earned an undergraduate degree in English at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. She completed her doctorate at the University of Texas Health Science Center. She continued her studies at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where she completed an internship and residency in internal medicine. Her fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology were completed at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas, in addition to Methodist Hospital in Houston. She also has studied the Spanish language, history, art history, literature and acting.
