Dr explained my situation well.
Dr. Madden is the best!!
The doctor’s assistant did not smile, never told me his name, and did not explain his role to me. This was my first visit and I strongly believe he should have introduced himself and told me why I was talking to him rather than the doc. Not impressed, although I am quite sure he is probably technically qualified. I guess I’d say that “bedside manner” was fair to poor with his interactions. I started asking questions so I could figure out who he was and what his role was and he did provide me with an explanation after I asked. Meh. The X-ray tech was outstanding. Made me feel very comfortable.
If you are looking for a surgeon with bedside manner and compassion for her patients, please don’t come here because you won’t find that. I worked in healthcare for over 15 years and it saddens me to see how the elderly are dismissed so quickly by this surgeon. Failure to find out anything about your patients and to treat them like they’re on an assembly line is not the way. I’m sure that you colleges, some that I know personally would be appalled and disappointed by the behavior as it is bad business for all of SEO. Not somewhere we would want to send any of our loved ones.
Dr. Madden is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way a patient can understand. I leave my appointments feeling better and that I am on the right track in the healing process.
Great service
I spent 20 minutes signing legal forms and 4 minutes with her. Who told me that nothing can be done to restore function in my index finger. Seemed rushed and uninterested in my questions. I appreciate her referral to a OT. But I will not be back to see her Drew Edwards,PhD,,MS
Outstanding.
Dr. Madden is awesome!
She was very thorough and took the time to explain the procedure to me.
