Rude. Had an attitude from the moment she walked in, which was after 30 minutes of waiting in the patient room. Kept cutting me off and made it seem like I did something wrong. Probably the worst doctor experience I've ever had.

Dr Madden was thorough and friendly. She has referred me to rheumatologist, because the condition of my hands stumps her. She wants feedback which I will provide after seeing rheumatologist.

Very brusque. Said something I didn’t understand and instead of answering my question just kept repeating the same thing. It was difficult to communicate with her. Didn’t offer any next steps or things I could try since it looked like I didn’t need surgery. I had to keep pressing to not be kicked out with a wait and see if it gets better on its own (it’s been 3 months, it’s not getting better)
Did not share information about test or explain what things meant. Didn’t listen. Just said she couldn’t do anything for me and it was how it was.
It’s not like patients know how to handle workers comp processes or who to go to next if this place can’t help. A little bit of big picture understanding and empathy would be nice.
