Dr Byrd made the diagnosis for my internal knee pain based on X-ray and 3 minutes of physical assessment. She did not show me the X-ray images. The diagnosis did not seem to fit the injury I sustained. Dr Byrd was reluctant to take the time to provide any other potential diagnosis or talk through how my symptoms fit this diagnosis. Instead most of the appointment was spent talking about next steps. Dr Byrd was kind, but the apportionment felt rushed and as though it was just part of a conveyor belt system.

Dr. Byrd provides through and accurate diagnosis. Treatment was first rate. Her PT staff performed the recommended therapy sessions at the highest level. If the need arises, will call on Dr. Byrd and her staff again.

I’m coming from 12 years of Dr Raymond Payne’s excellent care, and it seems from today’s consultation Dr Byrd is a worthy choice to influence my decision to remain with AOS. Appointment/scheduling/wait times/call backs still needs to improve and while we understand the 21st century staffing challenges, getting thru, follow up and sudden literally “I’m here in the parking lot!” Appointment cancellations are what keeps the AOS operation from earning 5 stars with us. But Dr Byrd, as did Dr Payne, earned and deserve our respect and trust.

Excellent staff professionalism and customer service support. Clean appearance, friendly nursing staff that make you feel so comfortable. I'm blessed knowing about this place. Patrick is Awesome and he did not ask me to say that he just is a great medical staff person.
