I was expecting better. I feel like she didn’t really know what was wrong despite having had x-rays, CT and MRI. Also not a fan of just being thrown medication that can have some pretty serious side effects. No instructions for what not to do and what to do that will help aside from medication and PT (which I agree is important) but was just a very vague, quick appointment. My primary care doctor gave better instructions and information based off of my imaging.
She listened to me and honestly cares about making my life better.
Dr. Jennifer Byrd is an exceptional doctor in every way! My family and I love her and highly recommend!!!

Consistently outstanding in all respects. Great communicator and sets expectations in a clear, realistic, and encouraging manner. Understands there is more to health care than fixing injuries. Makes you feel important even in the short timeframe available in an office visit.
