Dr. Lisher obtained her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She did a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency for 36 months at the Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
