She is a very good Specialist and Doctor - my voice is back and working great. My only complaint is that the spray for deadening the voice box was an experienced that goes beyond swallowing caster oil or maybe a little worse.

She was very thorough and explained everything to me and possible treatment choices. We decided on one and I have a follow up in December. I wasn’t that happy finding my issue was another part of aging but facts are facts. I would highly recommend her to others.

Competent and compassionate professional!!!!!

Very knowledgeable and cares for her patients

She was very rude, condescending, and talked down to her patient. Very belittling. At one point the patient gagged during the test and the Dr grabbed the arm, pulling it down from the patient’s face feeling like vomiting, and she scolded the patient to stop gagging her self. When requesting a gluten free cookie for the test there was such a rude, belittling reaction from the dr not knowing if the patient had celiac. We would never recommend her.

Very professional, listens to you. Explains in full the reason why this is happening to your voice. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Jennifer was great … scoped my throat & walked me verbally through the entire process describing what she was doing what she was observing along with suggestions on how to improve/remedy my condition. Very informative, very patient with taking questions, very personable/friendly.

Dr. Bergeron is very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time she takes to review her findings and make recommendations.

She very clearly knows her craft. However, she fails to listen to her patients when symptoms shared with her don't fall into her box of possible diagnoses. Thankfully I asked to be referred to a different specialist because I was finally diagnosed correctly with a different ailment that I am now on medication for and feeling much better. This only happened because I disagreed with her reasoning.
