As mentioned on my recent visit, the new phone system is ridiculous! You never know where you're gonna end up after sitting in the queue for who knows how long. Takes forever! To summerize "it sucks!" New isn't always better! Love Dr KM though! That's why I drive 3+ hours to see her!

Although I really like Dr Kwan Morley, I was disappointed that I barely saw her and spent nearly all of my time with the nurse practitioner. It was the first time I had seen her in 6 years and it was for a new problem.

She is a great doctor! She listens to her patient and is able to order the appropriate medication for them! Prior to seeing her I had terrific pain from my arthritis and was hardly able to dress myself or put on shoes etc. I was going to another doctor who said that there was nothing he could do further. I felt better within a month and I was able to dress myself, and tie and put on shoes etc
