Dr Kinaga is a "patient's doctor". She is first and foremost highly qualified. I trust her. One thing that stands out,and the reason I continue with her, is she is personable. She really cares. She lets you know ahead of time that she will be reading and writing notes, however, the majority of the time she looks you in the eye and LISTENS to you. This separates her from most doctors today.
