Dr Kim is wonderful. I say this with kindness as I know how difficult it is to work in customer service but the team working at the front desk is very cold. No one asks how they can help. You must awkwardly announce yourself and guess at what they need to know. I feel terrible asking them for help with anything. I dread making appointments.
