Dr. Kim spent time listening to my concerns and thoroughly explaining treatment options. She patiently answered questions and explained the “why” behind information I’m seeing online and current best practices with HRT. I really appreciate the time she took to work with me discussing all my overall health questions. I feel heard and cared for. So grateful to have a doctor who totally gets it and treats you like a person.
