Dr. Jennifer E. Horn, D.O., graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey, in 1998. She completed her residency training in Family Practice in 2001 at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey. Dr. Horn attended The College of New Jersey in Trenton, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in May 1992.
Dr. Horn was a Major in the United States Air Force, Pope Air Force Base in North Carolina from October 2001 through October 2005, where she managed the clinic’s largest panel. She provided care to 12,400 patients.
