Doctor horn is the best primary care.Doctor i've ever had in my life.She has stood by me by my side.For many, many years and I so appreciate her. She's extremely professional thoughtful kind thorough doctor. Her nurses are wonderful at her front staff is wonderful. I feel so blessed to know that she is a big part of guiding.My health. I will always be very grateful to doctor horn for so many more things that she stands for.

Dr. Jennifer E. Horn, D.O., graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey, in 1998.
