Dr. Jennifer E. Horn, D.O., graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey, in 1998. She completed her residency training in Family Practice in 2001 at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey.
