In 2009, Dr. Gallagher graduated from West Texas A&M University then earned her medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in 2015. She followed this with a residency in ophthalmology at Louisiana State University Health Science Center where she served as chief resident from 2018-2019. She is kind to my mother; however, she doesn’t always explain the medication she is giving or the shots she is giving. I would like an explanation on how to give it and when. Other than that, she is kind and gets her job done. She is a welcome change to Dr. Rush.
