The only minor issue is that sometimes the wait can get long-ish.

She's a skilled Dr. Explaining what is going on to the patient would help a lot! Simply murmuring words to the assistant doesn't tell me what is going on with my eyes. Are they better? Worse? Unchanged ? I believe in being informed about my health. A Dr who walks out before I can ask a question is not good.
