Good behavior
Exceptionally bad experience as she didn’t even made eye contact with patient or patient parents. All she did is quickly check my son’s eye nose and throat and skin and read the notes from her assistant and then just asked her why we are here. As we mentioned to get allergies testing done. The test process began and suddenly within 15 mins of time we were there she disappeared. A random nurse showed up in the room said doc is gone, as we asked about allergies that we saw on our son’s skin from the test- that nurse said i have all these written in paperwork and you will be given at home so you can read- thats not the purpose of the nurse to be in the room. We live in AI world and half information is available on google, if i have read the papers at home what was she doing there? Extremely bad experience and now they will charge us bill - may be they should pay my bill as they wasted our time didnt value our time as we took the time off from work and suddenly main doc disappeared? WOW.
Dr Caicedo was great as she
I’m very pleased with the care provided by Dr.Jennifer Caicedo!
Excelente appoitment
My visit with Dr. Caicedo was excellent. She is patient, thorough and engaged. I left her office knowing we have a plan to follow and feel confident my health issues will improve with her guidance.
Compassionate and caring. Appreciate how she explains all options. Very thorough
I came in for a sinus infection, and to check to see if I was allergic to the dexcom adhesive. And to get refills. I was called back by someone the PA that asked me all kinds of questions for about 40 minutes. Took the dexcom off of my arm and I told her I needed the transmitter off of there. She said she was going to let the doctor see it that the arm was a little pink. Last I saw of it. My appointment was 11:15. I was in there for over 2 hours. Left with no medication for a sinus infection. Still feel like crap. And she threw away the transmitter for my dexcom so I had no dexcom transmitter. She put it in the what I now know as a sharps container. And was not able to pull it out because of the contamination. This was done without my knowledge. to my knowledge it was going to the doctor and then we were discussed this adhesive. She should have given me the transmitter then there. Now no one will replace it and will not even take responsibility of it. Very irresponsible and very unhap
Thorough, Professional, Listens
