Wonderful example of a caring Dr who listens takes the time to understand her patients. When you are in the office she listens to you and actually hears what you are saying .

Dr. Caicedo was very welcoming, warm and approachable. She explained and answered questions that were easily understood. Glad my internist referred her to me.

Dr. Caiced, during our initial visit, provided the information in less than 10 minutes of us meeting her. All I can say is thank you!!!

Staff was very rude! Doctor rushed me out because she complained this appointment was going into her lunch break. Argued on the phone her spouse while I was trying to explain how my breathing wasn't getting any better. Such. Shame will never return.

The MD was super knowledgeable and personable - mad cool. She also took time to explain and was very thorough and kind. She ALSO kind of matched my energy (I felt) which tremendously increased our comfort coming into the visit. All in all, she was swell. I don’t need to come back, but if it ever have a rash or a sneeze or something otherwise go left that I’d need an allergist for, she’s the first person I’m calling …

She is always so helpful and also patient with my inquisitive little one.

I never felt more like a none person than I did this visit. Didn't know me, read allergy results and left me in room not knowing what was happening next. Her assistant spent more time and showed more care than the doctor

She was wonderful!! She really made me feel validated in my concerns with my problem. I was so grateful she did all the needed testing, explained what they were and the results. By the end of my visit, she already had a proactive plan on what the next steps were. I’m forever thankful to my physician for the referral to see her!!!!

I am often disappointed with my appointments at this practice, as they do not seem to have time to chat with the patients. Just get them in and out quickly.

I enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Caicedo. She listened to all the history I provided. She offered a possibility that no other doctor has ever discovered. I felt seen, heard, and the time she gave me is the standard I wish all doctors could follow!!

I thought Dr. Caicedo was very good!

She was polite and kind as usual. Spent about 5 minutes in the room. Our appointment was scheduled for 11 she walked into room at 11:59. She was out of room at 12:04. Her staff came in about 5 minutes later. Her response for being late was some patients didn't know the office moved. So question is why was I penalized for being on time? Going forth my wait time is 30 minutes.

She was nice and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to. Would like to see more interaction with my son on his level.

She is great, her exam is very throughout, she got my son's allergies under control. Very knowledgeable.

provider was almost squinting or rolling eyes which prevented eye contact (maybe allergies for her) but it felt awkward and disconnected.

After three trips for patch testing, she spent very little time, didn’t offer if I had questions. Didn’t look at pictures taken previous day as described in the testing instructions.

Dr. Caicos barely made eye contact with me and talked to the door or floor 90% of the time. She also proscribed medications but didn’t tell me she was going to (I found out by reading my dish charge paperwork), she didn’t explain anything about them or ask if I had any questions. She didn’t have an answer for the questions I did ask. Overall I left feeling like it was a huge waste of my time. She was also incredibly condescending about some of what I brought up.

WOW was she wonderful! Clearly had a very in-depth knowledge of the condition I have. Was up to date on current diagnostic and treatment methods and gave very thorough but succinct explanations. I feel super comfortable with this doctor- she definitely listened to and carefully considered the information I gave her. I hope I don’t have allergy issues in the future but if I do I know who I’ll see!

TIME CONTROL.

my only issue today was not with the doctor or staff but the wait times in between every phase of the visit. With a 2 year old this was super difficult and the appointment with scratch testing was over 2 hours. Waiting for paperwork at the end took over 30 minutes.
