Dr. Jennifer Burkholz, D.O., received her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and her medical degree from Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her Family Medicine residency with Medical City Fort Worth. Dr. Burkholz is board-certified in Family Medicine and has worked in both primary care and skilled nursing practices.
In addition to general primary care, Dr. Burkholz is interested in women's health and treating headaches/migraines.
