Was over an hour late, didn't take the time to review the case file, told me essentially I don't know what's wrong w/ you but you'll be fine. Made a "joke" at my expense that was uninformed, and disrespectful. If the roles were reversed I feel confident that she'd want by head on a platter. I've spent the last 5 month w/ NEOS trying to get this injury sorted out only to be dismissed w/ no further action to be taken. The worst part is I'm objectively worse after the appointment. Her examination seems to have exacerbated the symptoms.

Dr. Garver was great. She explained my diagnosis and treatment plan, answered many questions and gave me all the information I needed to feel informed and seen. The staff was efficient and I am very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend NEOS.

Reverse total shoulder replacement. Sounds scary but my healing process is way faster than I thought it would be. Dr. Garver is so easy to talk to and that means so much when going through a major surgery.

Dr. Garver helped me with my shoulder replacement with attentive professionalism. She was always willing to give the time needed for questions, or for more detailed discussion. In my PT routine, the therapist commented that it was an excellent surgery and that her patients often had less pain, and more productive recovery times. I think this is a testament to her careful work as a surgeon. Her whole surgery team at NEOS was great, and the follow up care was exceptional. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend her.

Dr. Garver did wonderful work on my right shoulder. I had some extensive rotator cuff surgery on 11/17/21. I am now cleared to go back to work this week coming up. I have some restrictions for a month but it sure feels great compared to when I went in for surgery and for the first three months after surgery. All n all I'm very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Garver to take care of a rotator cuff surgery. Thank you again Dr. Garver!

Would be nice to see Dr. Garver be able to spend more than 2 rushed minutes with her patients. It’s very apparent that she has no availability to successfully engage and assess with them. NEOS is a factory that makes you feel like a number rather than the reason they are in business. She’s a great surgeon but honestly doesn’t have the time to be in an office to make any impact.

I’m not a patient needing a lot of positive bedside manner, but Dr Garver seemed cold and disinterested, no sense of care or connection at all. I would see another provider next time. Told me I did not have a fracture of any kind but that ended up being the problem, alas.

Her treatment plan worked, alleviating my pain and helping me achieve significant improvement in both range of motion and nearly total pain elimination. Also, as a woman, I am particularly glad to have had a woman as my doctor. She could understand the way my limitations bothered me immediately and was sensitive to the concerns. I can't rate her highly enough.

my personal experience with Dr garvner is that she takes the time to listen get to know you explain to me in words I could understand as her patient what is wrong with me she is so kind and respectful my opinion she is one of the best orthopedic doctor there is.. first I went to two other orthopedic Dr. They didn't dedicate the time to find my problem so I went to Dr garvner I only had to explain to her my crush injury that I had at my job she took care of it and today I am now able to have some mobility in my arm I thought I was going to lose my arm I couldn't move it at all.

Extremely happy with Dr Garver, I was going through severe pain for quite some time and I was just about to give up. I met her one time she scheduled surgery a week later and if it was not for covidI think things would have been a lot smoother as far as the healing process goes. Good shooting doc. I know it is not perfect. Only surgeries will eliminate the issues. I do have the ability now to get creams on both shoulders. Bicep tendon pain decreased by 70%. Hoping it continues over the next week
