Very informative. I left with confidance that my shoulder was in good shape.
Great bedside manner & excellent surgeon
I've seen Dr. Garver off and on over the last 8 yrs or so. She's genuinely concerned for you. She takes the conservative approach with any visit I have had. Very nice Doctor.
My post surgery appointment with Dr Garvey was great. I asked to see before and after X-rays and she explained everything both to me. She is very comforting
Very knowledgeable and professional
Jennie is quick to get an appointment, with 2 locations. And answers all your questions with expertise
Excellent service, professional, personable. Excellent service, great results. Will tell my friends.
She is an excellent doctor.
Dr Garver is very easy to talk with. I am comfortable with her and feel confident in her care.
I have had a really tough post-op course and I wish that Dr Garver could have reassured me that things are going to be okay. Just something like "I have seen this before, and even though you're healing is slow, I am still optimistic about your outcome". Sometimes, I have reached out on the portal, and the techs have provided responses that weren't particularly helpful, or I did not hear back from the doctor when it seemed like it would be appropriate to. Such interactions have caused my trust to waver and lead to disappointment as a patient.
