After seeing an ENT’s APRN, I was told I needed to see an otologist to look at my issue further. Scheduling told me that Dr. Grady was only at a specific location. I went to my appointment, Dr. Grady looked in my ear for 2 minutes, and then said I needed a CT scan, but would have to make another appointment for that. And then she said I’d have to come back for a follow up. This visit cost $50 for her to look at me for less time than I spent in the waiting room. I am not running around Louisville paying for meaningless appointments, when Dr. Grady already told me my condition will never improve. That is wasting my time and money.
