Very indifferent to my problems, and no responsibility for earlier giving me knee shots that made my condition worse. Dr. Vikal wanted to give me more knee shots even though I have little cartridge in my knees and had problems from the shots he gave me earlier.

Dismissive. Arrogant. Zero bedside manner. Never told me yet our first meeting that my problem was a back problem instead of what I thought was a hip problem. Today he said it was a back problem.. Always rushing as if you’re just a way station on his daily journey to get to the end of the day. I’ve never had a doctor talk so fast.

Dr. VAKIL was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He reviewed my X-rays with me and went over each image explaining what was causing my knee problem, after which he gave me a plan for recovery. I felt that I was clearly with a doctor who really knew his stuff! If I need a knee replacement some day, he will be my choice.
