I visited this office for my first time. The staff here was wonderful. After I was initially checked in and xray were done. The doctor I didn't feel was interested in helping me. I explained that after having bilateral knee replacement I have been suffering from severe swelling and wanted to have my knees drain for so relief. He stated it was a waste of time because the fluid would only return. To someone who stands up for nearly 8 hours any relief would have been appreciated. After 5 minutes of conversation I was told to make and appointment with the surgeon in his group. It was a wasted $40 copay and 1 hour of PTO which I had to use to make to this visit.
