Jeffrey Smith, MD

Jeffrey Smith, MD, is a Board Certified physician specializing in the evaluation and management of back pain, non-operative spine care, and musculoskeletal medicine. His areas of expertise include the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and pain syndromes, fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures of the extremities and the spine, and electrodiagnostic medicine.

Dr. Smith is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists, the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine, the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the Spine Intervention Society.

Dr. Smith graduated from the University of Miami Leonard M Miller School of Medicine, Miami, FL. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA.

His primary interest includes focusing on restoring function and quality of life to patients. When not in his office, Dr. Smith enjoys playing tennis, hiking, cycling, skiing, and kayaking.
