I did not see Shepherd, had a shot in the knee. It was quick nd easy as usual. Helps me to get around better. I just waited too long and had some problems moving.

The people are alway, cheerful and friendly, doing truly professional job take care of me!

He has a great bedside manner and listens. His P.A. Dr. Swan is awesome as well.

My right hip joint was replaced. Surgery went great. Dr. Shepherd showed my joint on the x-ray prior to surgery, so I could see what he was going to correct. Post surgery x-ray after 4 weeks showed my new parts and how he had lengthened my right leg to level my pelvis. I am extremely pleased with the surgery. The office had a new patient record system that required me to enter the same information that I had entered into the prior record system just the month before. That small part was annoying, but the surgery was right on target. Thanks, Doc!

Highly skilled surgeon

Jeff is an outstanding surgeon. Had my left knee replaced back in April, and then my right knee for a 3rd two weeks ago and it is feeling great. The only negative I have it seems like his practice takes on too many patients. When I got my staples out I didn't even see Tom. This is a major surgery that it would have been nice to see Tom or Doc, even for just a few seconds for them to look at and give me a warm and fuzzy. Otherwise I would not hesitate to let Jeff replace your knee, he does great work.

I had my six weeks post total knee replacement surgery check up yesterday. While I am very confident with PA Tom Swan, I was surprised that I didn’t even see Dr. Shepherd at that check up.

Make one feel comfortable and not just another patient. Explains in easy to understand terms and does not pressure you. I would recommend DR. Shepherd to any one needing help with issued that I have experienced.

I am finally free from osteoarthritis pain in my knees and it is a wonderful feeling. I have had other arthritis related surgeries so I knew there would be initial pain and stiffness. However, I attribute effective pain management and physical therapy, prescribed by Dr. Shepherd, as positive factors in my recovery. Now I feel like a new person, and know I will continue to feel better through regular exercise and remaining active.

Dr. Shepherd is a real pro. Not only medically but his interpersonal skills with his patients are wonderful. I felt like he cared about me and he took the time to address all of my concerns. That means a lot because I can't say the same about many doctors I have visited.

Fantastic. Had both knees done. Excellent surgeon, wonderfull bedside manner and very personable. After 2 knee surgerys, i would not hesitate to go to him again for any ortho issues i may end up with. Also, Surgery support staff was outstanding.

Nurses told me I had a fantastic doctor and that’s who they’d have do their surgery. I thought they said this to make you feel confident about the doctor. I heard it again so I jokingly said that’s what you say about all the doctors. “No!”

I felt rushed at times

Of course, I was asleep when Dr Shepherd replaced my bad knee, but from what i’ve heard, everything went well. I look forward to going up/down stairs without pain!

Dr Shepherd seemed pleasant and knowledgeable enough, but he also came off as a bit cocky and hurried, like it was a waste of his time to sit down and have a conversation with someone he was ready to saw apart.

I have only seen him one time. The day surgery was scheduled. He didn't come to waiting room to talk to family. He only called on the phone. He only came one day while i was in hospital. I saw his medical assistant to have dressing taken off.
