My first visit with Dr. Conly was wonderful. While not minimizing the severity of my problem, he gave me hope. Even though I only met him once so far, I have trust in him.

Appreciate his time spent explaining the forthcoming procedure. My only regret is because this professional has such a load of patients in his care that my visits are stretched out over a great length of time. I do not expect special attention but my symptoms cause me to long for closer appointments. He is highly capable of the profession that he is representing.

Great Doctor, listens to your concerns and try’s to help with different options.

I felt ill at ease. I was just following up on a referral from my Primary Care Dr whose patient was having reduced pain from Acupuncture. Drs first comments made me feel as if I was unhappy with my pain management dr. His comments were somewhat accusatory as if I was down on his prior treatments. That was nice t my reason for seeing this Dr. it was a second opinion only. I did not reject Jack Smith’s treatment of me at all.

Dr. Conly is knowledgeable in his field. He is very kind and actually takes time and cares to listen and follow through with the plans that were made between the patient and him to improve their healing and quality of life. Dr. Conly follows through with the plans made by listening to the concerns of his patients. He demonstrates always a high level of empathy and cares to manage my chronic pain without judgement. He listens better than my other doctors who are involved in my care. Dr. Conly enjoys helping his patients, is gentle and is a good listener. I wish my office visits were longer. I wish he had more time in his schedule or weekend appointments. He’s always booked out. Also I wish there was an office closer in Lancaster instead of Lebanon, where he does his surgeries/ procedures. Overall Dr. Conly is a great doctor and a nice person with kind bedside manner. Dr. Conly has a patient centered approach and his office does a nice job in coordinating my neck and lower back pain.

Very disappointing visit. Given wrong information. Waited 2 months to get in . Was seen then could not get me back in for another 2 months after MRI . I was told doctor did not know his schedule was out 2 more months .

I thought Dr Conly was thorough and explained in detail what he say in my MRI and what it might mean. He also sent me for another test which he hoped would make a more complete picture of my issue; and he got this follow up appointment very quickly. At this point I don't know what one could ask for.
