Dr. Jeffrey R. Conly was extremely thorough and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to listen and made me feel heard, which I truly appreciated. He was kind, polite, and respectful in all of his interactions. Dr. Conly carefully reviewed my concerns, explained my diagnosis clearly, and discussed a conservative follow-up plan that felt appropriate and reassuring. I would also like to acknowledge the nurse/assistant who prepared me prior to seeing the doctor—she was equally professional and contributed to a very positive experience. Overall, this visit far exceeded any previous experiences I have had with Orthopedics Associates of Lancaster. I am very grateful for the level of care I received.
