“As the practice of medicine becomes more hectic and fast pace, I try never to lose site of the fact that my interaction with each patient is a privilege and their trust in me is something that I will never take for granted. My own sense of well-being is determined by how well I can properly inform my patients, how well I can comfort my patients and alleviate some of their fears, and by always striving for the best possible outcomes. Being a physician has allowed me to learn a lot about the human condition, and if I can somehow improve the welfare of my patients, I will feel a sense of satisfaction.” - Dr. Jeffery Norris

Very good bedside manner, very knowledgeable and friendly. Will recommend him to anyone.
First time patient. Timely. Relatable. Sincere. Jumped right "onboard" with my outside interests/job in dialog to relate/put me at ease for procedure (that I was not looking forward to). Hopefully don't have to see often but def the place to go when needed.
Made an uncomfortable situation feel okay thanks
Outstanding in every wsy
Excelente doctor and human being
Answered most questions. Courteous & professional.
Very satisfied
Good bedside manners. Answered my questions. Explained the whole procedure and what I can expect. The whole procedure went without any problems. The doctor seems to know what he is doing.
First time visit, doctor was friendly, informative, took time not rushed, had an initial plan and understood my confusion about other feedback from my previous doctor. Looking forward to getting direction in managing my symptoms or having a procedure to decrease them! Doctor was reassuring about the cystoscope that is scheduled given that previous ones with other doctor were rather uncomfortable.
The best!!!
