He patiently listened to an old woman’s joint issues and explained his diagnosis matter-of-factly. He answered all my questions and saved me an unnecessary trip for another office visit. He did knee injections to stave off any surgery for as long as possible. I do appreciate his professional but compassionate care.

I was not impressed with his diagnosis; or should I say lack of diagnosis. I had been in pain for over six weeks that significantly limited my daily functions and he couldn’t tell me why. And he didn’t really seemed to care why I have been in pain.
