This is my first time meeting with Dr. Nau for myself as a patient. My last ENT doc said I would be in good hands. I don't doubt that at all. His reputation in this field seems outstanding. That to me, helps the positivity flows around a lot better. 🙂

Dr. Jeffrey Nau, M.D., received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with Biomedical Specialization from Southern Methodist University in 1998. He graduated with his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 2003. He completed his internship in General Surgery and Residency in Otolaryngology—Head & Neck Surgery in 2008 at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He served as Chief Resident and received the distinguished Dr. Serge A. Martinez Resident Award of Excellence, as well as the Kentucky Society of ENT Research Award and the University of Louisville Otolaryngology research award. Dr. Nau has been a partner with ENT Associates since 2008.
Dr. Nau is board-certified in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery. He is a member of the Louisville Medical Society, Kentucky Medical Association, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery. He has served as Gratis Faculty for the University of Louisville Department of Surgery. He has served on the Medical Executive Committee at the SurgeCenter of Louisville. He is a board member of ENT Care Centers, PLLC.
Dr. Nau considers it a privilege to care for pediatric and adult patients of all ages with surgical and medical treatments. His patients regularly send friends and family because of the personal and compassionate care that he provides. His particular interests include pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions; excision of head and neck tumors including thyroid nodules and cancer, parathyroid tumors, and tumors of the salivary glands; medical and surgical management of chronic ear disease and removal of cholesteatoma; and medical and surgical management of chronic sinus disease.
Dr. Nau is on medical staff at Norton Children’s St. Matthews, Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Norton Children’s Hospital, UofL Medical Center East, and the SurgeCenter of Louisville.
Dr. Nau is very happily married to Dr. Katie Nau who is a veterinarian. They have 4 boys. In addition to work, Dr. Nau’s favorite place to be is outside with his family. He also is an elder in their church and enjoys swimming and tries to enjoy running if the pool is not available.
