Seemed more interested in what he had to say rather than listening to my symptoms. He relied more on information in the chart than what I was actually telling him. It has been my experience in the past that all charts have mistakes and missing or incorrect information. After my first visit was over I felt as if it had been very short and I left feeling as if I had been dismissed without being heard.
