Dr. Jeffrey Kazaglis entered private practice orthopedics after serving twenty-two years of military service.
He completed his orthopedic residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas and served as Chief of Orthopaedics for the 1st Infantry Division for seven years. Dr. Kazaglis specializes in general orthopedics, fracture care, hand surgery, sports medicine, joint reconstruction and arthroscopic surgery of the hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow, and wrist.
In addition, he has earned a Certificate in Additional Qualification (CAQ) in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. Dr. Kazaglis lectures extensively on knee and shoulder problems with a focus on sports injuries.

Love his injection NP. My third visit with her and I like the way she listens and is very proactive when it comes to my questions and problems. She is very knowledgeable.
Great visit with Dr Kazaglis. His whole staff were as nice as could be! He understood exactly what my issues were. After x-rays, a shot, (ow) and a brace and off I went!
He’s very warm and makes one feel comfortable. Most of all he’s knowledgeable about my circumstances. Explains everything well.
This was my first visit with Dr Kazaglis & first time @orthoIllinois. I have to say they have a very smooth operation!!! Dr Kazaglis took time to answer all my questions, explain all his findings and throughly went over our treatment plan. I greatly appreciate the time he took.
Dr Kazaglis is knowledgeable and is very relatable. He helped me understand complicated things in an understandable way. Highly recommend him.
