Jeffrey Kazaglis, M.D.

I was scheduled to meet this doctor and never met him. A PA was sent into the room to answer my questions. The reason why I waited over four weeks to see the doctor not a PA.

Today visit for my rotator cuff I was told to be moving my shoulder more. That great, however, he could put this in his post-opp instructions (with an exercise for it). I got nothing for the movement discussed. Otherwise, he's a great doctor.

I have had two appointments and have never met him.

Friendly, nice, a little arrogant but did not push for surgery. Appointment was 9:15 but didn't see Dr until 10:05 with no apologies.

Would have been helpful to have more information regarding the knee brace: (1)Any restrictions on how long to keep it on at one time? (2) Sleeping with it ok? (3) Product that would help with Velcro scratching my leg. That being said, I was very impressed with everyone that assisted me and appreciate the excellent care they provided during my visit.

Dr K takes time to listen all of my symptoms and to explain my diagnosis in detail. He is thorough and very pleasant.

Dr. Kazaglis is the best, great bedside manner, an excellent knowledge base and he will quickly and accurately find your problem and fix it. Could not recommend higher. This is who you want to see.

Despite providing him with my list of previous shoulder surgeries and current MRIs and reports for both shoulders, he couldn’t keep the information straight. He kept saying my history of having so many rotator cuff surgeries. I’ve had ONE rotator cuff surgery on the left. He didn’t seem to know what was going on and didn’t seem to be in any rush to determine my new injuries to the right shoulder since the last MRI’s were done. He just want to push injections. Frankly, I don’t want to waste time with one injection after another when my function of my right shoulder was already compromised before further injury. He wasn’t listening to what I was saying. What was the point in taking new x-rays which only show bone when I had MRIs.

Dr. Kazaglis continues to be my doctor because of his credentials, experience, excellent staff, and communication skills. He answers my questions., presents options, and follows through with excellent care. He has helped me maintain and increase mobility through one knee replacement and care of my other knee. I trust him and am glad he is my doctor.

Dr. K is an excellent surgeon. He performed my daughter’s surgery flawlessly. His bedside manner is fantastic. Even though my daughter is a minor(17), he treated her respectfully as the patient and made her the center of focus, which is the way I would want it. Great work Dr K!

Saw Sabrina and she was very thorough and explained everyto my understanding.

Dr was very thorough. He explained the diagnosis using images. He reviewed his explanation and plan of care as a recommendation and still asked if we were in agreement with the plan. He inquired about lifestyle /work/school to incorporate this into devising the plan. He was down to Earth and easy to talk to and understand. The only negative thing was being told he was a half hour behind schedule but it was just over an hour of waiting in a busy waiting area.

Did not meet with Doctor but his excellent PA Sabrina, who was through in her exam and explanation of the treatment options, and very warm and personable to boot…highly recommended. Mark

A great bedside manner. Explained what was wrong and started treatment right away.

He spent a total of 3 minutes with me. One minute to meet me look at my hand and one or two before surgery to write on my hand. His stitches were horrendously done. Leaving ugly, calloused scar tissue.

So consoling and caring I have a situation and he reminded me that I can’t take care of anyone else if I don’t take care of myself he is a gentle man
