Appointment with Dr went well. But office phone system is terrible. Called in two times on Monday 7/21 once to talk to Dr or his nurse and second time requesting a renewal pain med RX. Neither call was returned. Obviously your office needs to improve. Very discouraging for someone post surgery in pain.

Friendly. Listens to my comments fairly well (although sometimes he anticipated what he thinks I am going to say). Cares about improving patient outcome.

He is a doctor who has the ability to explain the procedure he is going, and is going to go in the fire in layman’s term, which was easy for me to understand, but not belittling. Felt very comfortable with him doing the procedure.
