Between Mindy and Dr. Henn I was assured that I did not need surgery. They were awesome.

Dr Henn spent time reviewing my films with me. He also had a PA who spent time explaining things so I had a good understanding on the anatomy of my spine. Dr Henn also felt my surgery was very complex and would be better handled by a different surgeon with more experience. When a physician can put his own ego aside with the intent of best possible outcome for his patient, that's impressive.

Dr. Jeffrey Henn is a very gifted surgeon.. I threw him a curveball and had him do a fusion at L4 L5 where I had an artificial disc replacement that was causing a mechanical problem and was generating a considerable amount of pain for me. It takes a long time to recover from an invasive surgery like this however I can tell that I am on the right path and my back is healing very well. He has a lot of empathy and compassion and you can tell that he has a lot of passion for what he does and that he truly cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. Henn for being so kind to me and taking on a non-conventional problem and giving me your very best.

Sincerely wanted to help with my medical concerns. Helped me look at all options. My first time as a patient. His staff was great also.

I met Dr. Henn for the 1st time today regarding an issue with my back that I have had for over 20 years. He was very nice and thorough. He took time with me and after all this time I think we may have figured out where the issue is. I definitely need his help with a few areas of my spine but for now he took the time to find out where the immediate pain was coming from and suggested we go that route first.He is in no way a surgery pusher..That is very much appreciated by me. I should add that his nurse practitioner is also very sweet and I will definitely be back there again soon😊

I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes to see the doctor. I was scheduled for a 12:30 PM appointment, I arrived at 12:20 PM and did not see the Doctor til 1:55 PM. Do you think this is acceptable to keep someone waiting that long. And then the doctor was only in the room for less than 15 mins. After I check out I was there for 2 hours for a 15 mins doctors visit.

I had to point out during the visit that the doctor was reviewing an MRI and x-ray from a different person with the same name. This required that I have another x-ray. This put us behind and the doctor appeared to be rushing me out

Dr. Henn has performed 3 surgeries on me, two different surgeries on my neck and one surgery on my lower back. Wait was too long. PA, Jeanie, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, but he was very rushed. I really didn't get much of a chance to speak with him.

I could not really walk much at all but now, after the spine surgery, I can walk quite well. It's only been 3 weeks and I am gaining strength and walking better every day.
