He's very kind,explains what I need to know. He's ordered a test to further investigate to try and find out the problem.
This was my first visit with Dr.Hall and Ohio ENT. I was impressed and pleased with his courtesy, professionalism and efficiency in diagnosing my problem.
The doc was nice enough but didn't explain what he was going to do very well. I didn't realize he was going to look at my throat by sending a scope up my nose. He seemed to be in a hurry. When I made the appt I talked to the scheduler about 4 or 5 things and she said they could exam for 4 of them. Doc didn't seem to get the message. He was in a hurry to get out of the room so I stopped him. Still never got to a hearing test for tinnitus. When I was there 5 years ago I was told I had nodules on my vocal chords and if recommendations didn't help we could talk about removing them. Doc didn't say anything about that. We only talked about acid reflux and he didn't say if it was that or Gerd or what the difference was. Just feel like I got rushed.

He was extremely kind, informative, and took time to explain everything to me. This was the first times I’d met him, and I walked out feeling perfectly confident that I’d be in excellent hands for surgery with him. I usually second guess every decision I make, but not this time! I would highly, highly recommended Dr. Hall!

Dr Hall explained everything very well based on his diagnosis. We now have a path forward toward recovery and some options.
