I was not crazy about the patient check in at the kiosk. The operator there kept me waiting for at least 5 minutes while she was in the telephone before she mentioned the need for me to Jude the kiosk to check in. Much too much detailed information for my visit. The rest of my appointment was fine.

Very through in exam! Easily understanding of the problem and what needed to be done to solve the problem. The first Dr who looked at my hand was great, and so was the Nurse Practitioner.

Dr. Greenberg and Dr. Hann were explained my shoulder issues and options. They listened to and addressed my concerns. I’m very glad I went to them.

I realize my son is the patient but Dr. Greenberg did not even say hello or acknowledge Mom was there. It’s rude.

Worse experience I’ve ever had with a physician. Rude, arrogant, and condescending. While explaining my symptoms and the cause of the injury he laughed and discounted what I was saying and what has been well documented. The experience was so upsetting to me, I ended the consultation and left.

Dr. Greenberg Showed exact astute knowledge how to address my torn rotator cuff and elbow due to a slip and fall by providing injections after exhausting the therapy and he gave me encouragement he listen to me And read my chart he and his staff are the very finest of all physicians I let my family learn I hope my grandson becomes a doctor like Mr. Him To provide proper guidance and relief His injection is virtually painless and I’ve had injection from another physician which hurts so it’s wonderful he knows Exactlywhat to do

My service was great. However my appointment was at 4:15 and I wasn’t seen until 5 and by time I had my shots and left it was almost 6. I left work early for this appointment and used sick time. If this far behind OI could have worked longer.

Very brief wait after arrival. Once my name was taken and no updates were necessary, I was called within two minutes. Waiting in the room for NP was about three minutes. Brief update with NP and then on our way. PRN for return

Seemed to know what he was doing but very impersonal. No personality at all. Clearly just wanted to move on to the next patient. His Fellow acted the same way.
