Dr. Greenberg quickly wrote the script to replace my hand splints (one is cracked and the other is broken). He directed me to go upstairs to be fitted for replacements.

I was not crazy about the patient check in at the kiosk. The operator there kept me waiting for at least 5 minutes while she was in the telephone before she mentioned the need for me to Jude the kiosk to check in. Much too much detailed information for my visit. The rest of my appointment was fine.

Worse experience I’ve ever had with a physician. Rude, arrogant, and condescending. While explaining my symptoms and the cause of the injury he laughed and discounted what I was saying and what has been well documented. The experience was so upsetting to me, I ended the consultation and left.

He really built my confidence in pinpointing my problem. His idea to start with least invasive procedure and if that didn't work we do surgery. I really wanted the surgery but decided do the first option then do surgery.

My service was great. However my appointment was at 4:15 and I wasn’t seen until 5 and by time I had my shots and left it was almost 6. I left work early for this appointment and used sick time. If this far behind OI could have worked longer.

The thinking cap proved to be too heavy on this man’s head. Don’t let his four hole-in-ones fool ya, he’s not as accurate as you think.

He's performed several surgeries for me & his care & follow-up for each one has been caring & excellent service.

Use him once, you won’t consider anyone else. Highly skilled and results focused. Takes the nature and personality of the patient into consideration and adjusts his treatment plan accordingly. I highly recommend him.

The girls at check in were wonderful. However, the NP was not compassionate and offended that a patient would read up on their condition. This affected the doctor’s opinion and set a negative tone for the visit. Dr. was indifferent and cold. No help.

Seemed to know what he was doing but very impersonal. No personality at all. Clearly just wanted to move on to the next patient. His Fellow acted the same way.

My husband, a physician, referred me to Dr. Greenberg. The visit was short. Very poor history taken from him and his fellow to help determine the cause of my problem. Felt unimportant and in the way. Will not be returning.
