From very user friendly kiosk check In to registration to X-ray to treatment room was total of 7 minutes, quite streamlined and unusual experience in medical care and dr visits.

Excellent doctor and surgeon. A bit rushed in office visits, not enough time to ask all questions that I had: ie: 1) was there any damage found in bicep and rotator cuff, and 2) I wanted to get a copy for my records of the surgical notes while I was there. I forgot about those in the appt.

When you have to experience a new situation with new surroundings it can be up setting. Everyone does not understand the use of the kiosk. I can do this but there are many seniors who can not. Your office staff may want to address this need.

Dr. Conrad is one of the BEST! He did surgery on my knee last June. He is the kind of doctor that actually listens to his patients and does his best to meet their needs. Takes time to listen and make a plan for them. Would never use anyone else.

So far Dr. Conrad, and his team of interns and nurses were all great. We discussed potential causes of knee pain and are scheduling an MRI to figure out the underlying problem. I love finding the problem and not just treating the symptoms!!!

Dr Conrad is amazing. I can’t say enough about the quality of the surgery he performed on me. Mine was super extensive and a rare case and it looks like I will be making a full recovery. Plus his level of professionalism is off the charts!

I do like Dr. Conrad. He has great bedside manner. I was told my appt was at 3:00 but come in at 2:30 for paper work. From the time I got there at 2:30 I left at 5:00. I felt like that was too long a wait.

Dr. Conrad performed a rotator cuff repair on my right shoulder 7years ago and I did wonderfully. So naturally, when I began to have problems with my left shoulder, he was my first choice.

He is very thorough and listens to you. The longest I have waited to see him was 30 minutes from the time I signed in to the time I saw him in a room.
