Dr.Church’s first intention is to put you at ease. Second, he listens to your needs and expectations. Thirdly, with his knowledge and experience, he comes up with a plan. He tells you what he can do for you and what to expect from the surgery. I was nervous going in because I had a previous bad experience. He acknowledged what had previously happened, kept me calm and said he could fix the damage that had been done. Very pleasant and kind.
