11 years my mother has been treated for macular degeneration by Dr. Paccione. He is a caring and good doctor who cares about his patients.

Great doctor

Took a long time.

There is a bit of a wait, which means the appointments take a long time. But seeing Dr. Paccione has been well worth the wait. He has consistently been patient, and answers all my questions, and suggests follow up iwth other diagnosticians. And (a rarity in medicine) he reviews my chart before he comes into the room, so our face to face time is really spent face to face.

Well runned clean and beautiful office. Doctor is very personable and engaging. He explained my condition in detail and answered all my questions. The check in process is smooth. I was there for 1.5 hours from check in to tests and exam by the doctor. I would highly recommend this practice.

I love Dr. Paccione and really trust him. The only reason for four stars and not five is that he doesn't provide an email or platform on which I can ask questions. I wouldn't mind if your organization provided that, filtering my questions, but I don't think you do. I'm always told to leave him a message to call me, which can take a while (he's busy; I'm busy).
