The waiting room was crowded yet I was called at my appointment time which was greatly appreciated. I had testing done which went well in that tge technician explained the procedure in advance. It went well and I was released. I already had a follow up appointment to discuss the results which I had to change. I was able to keep the same day at a later time. Overall the staff is kind, welcoming and accommodating.
