Would have liked being shown on mri exactly where the injection was going to done, how and why that location, and how and where the material would spread internally. Also should explain that he would talking to the assistant during the procedure so I wouldn’t think he was talking to me. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment, filled out form and paid copayment with 5 minutes to spare. I then waited 30 minutes before I was taken in for the procedure. This is in acceptable.

He was understanding and knowledgeable about my problems and is able to offer a solution hopefully till I can have surgery done

Dr Berger listens , spends time , is very professional and knowledgeable and thinks outside the box. Is compassionate and does what it takes to heal you. He thinks of the whole person .

He is the best doctor for pain that I ever had! I have been seeing him for complex problems with my scoliotic spine since 2016. Overall, he and his staff are stellar. I am so thankful for Dr. Berger and his practice.

Takes the time to listen to the issue and when it started. Pay attention because he multitasks; answering your question as he explains the medical issue taking place. Along with the differant options. He is not one to rush to surgery as a quick fix solution. He definitely wants his patients to take the time to think about their decision prior to moving forward. He certainly is down to earth patient centered as well as easy to talk to.He certainly makes sure you understand everything after the initial review. One can’t ask for a better doc. His assistance is fabulous; she is also a great listener and relays what you say perfectly to him. She takes notes and makes sure she heard you right. Love her to death.
