Very awesome experience, even though it took us a hour to finally get seen, Dr Jex was very nice and really liked how he came in the room and made us feel like welcome from being from out of town and really liked how he made my son laugh so that he could see what was going on with his thumb.

Didn't review MRI or MRI findings before appointment. Didn't know medical history before appointment. But was helpful in ordering pt to get physical activity begun. No further treatment plan made due to not reviewing/knowledge of other issues being treated for.

Dr. Jex is kind, approachable, incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and unrushed. He calmly and clearly answered every question our family had in regard to our child's surgery and recovery. We are thankful for Dr. Jex!

Dr. Jex was very personal and professional. He was not rushed and Interacted well with my children and took time to explain things. I was pleased with his care. When seen at prior appointments by his PA, she was also professional and kind, but had to wait an extremely long time to be seen.
