Great job Dr.Jeff Johnson

Hurried, uninterested, interruptive, dismissive, uncaring, condescending, and just passed the buck with a patient who is in 24/7/365 hand pain. I asked what I was to do about the pain when I do life’s chores, his response was to stop doing them!! I have never felt less heard, cared about or understood. He did not care how I came to be in his exam room. Prime example of pass the buck. I know that my review won’t be published.

Was so happy to meet Dr. Johnson this morning. He injected cortisone into an aching finger. I have a good feeling about this treatment. I am confident that this doctor knows his stuff.

Dr Johnson is very individually patient oriented in spite of his busy schedule. When it comes to problems with your hands, there is no one better in Arkansas to deal with your pain and problem. While very professional he can also display a sense of humor.

One word Great Doctor!

While I’m sure he is a capable doctor who knows what he’s talking about… his “bedside” manner is terrible, especially with children who are already upset. Did nothing to easy my child’s fears or worries and if anything just made him more scared and upset. Zero compassion. However, the lady who put on his cast was fantastic

Doctor Johnson Is excellent. Yes this has a great bedside manner. Explained that my surgery could be done at any time, Discuss the recovery time. And how long I would have to attend occupational therapy. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

The biggest drawback is the overbooking that causes long waits & the merciless MSAs that rip off your surg drsg w/no thought of the pain & trauma they cause.

Great visit!!

My appt at 10.30 am 1/23/24 and Ileft bldg at 1:30 pm. Too long a wait! Know you were working last week’s snow patients in, but squeezing patients in with regular scheduled patients on 1/23 was frustrating since I had a 1 pm appt elsewhere. Had to cancel my 1 pm appt at last minute. J. Austin

Was thorough, addressed all my questions, conducted a hands on examination, good listener, provided me with copies of my test results, and presented a considered course of action and next steps. He was personable, friendly, and professional. It was my initial meeting with him and I left feeling my concerns were being addressed and whatever future treatment will be appropriate for my situation.

Very personable! He seemed to know exactly how to diagnose my problem with questions, X-rays, and physical tests. He suggested a moderate approach first to see how much relief I would get from that and possibly by-passing surgery. I was impressed!

I was referred to Dr. Johnson, this was my first visit. I am very pleased to say he was impressive! Very well educated, extremely knowledgeable & most all very friendly! As a caregiver, he was very good. However, we had to wait over an hour past our scheduled appointment to see him on both visits. Our time is valuable and there should not be such a long waiting time for a 5 minute follow up.

We saw him for my 4 yo daughters hand fracture. He was very professional and friendly. He moves slow between the patients, so it took some time before he gets to us, but then he gave us full attention and answered every question we had in details. Highly recommend!
