Wonderful first meeting!

Dr. LaFond was very professional but possibly a little quick and short in his unteraction with me. He seemed to come in right before my procedure and seemed rushed.

I was dreading this experience but could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Friendly and helpful staff quickly and professionally admitted me at my appointed time, the anesthesiologist talked to me, let me know what would happen, what to expect, and answered my questions. I was wheeled into the room for a colonoscopy, asked a few casual questions to the attending nurse who kindly answered questions, Dr. LaFond spoke with me, asked if I had any questions. All my questions had been answered earlier. I felt a coldness in my hand, I was out like a light, woke up 20 minutes later, told the nurse I loved her, was a little dazed, drank a delicious drink, put my clothes back on, was wheeled out to my friend who drove me home. Painless and easy. I recommend!

Personable, helpful, concerned

Needed to take patient pill when called to clarify instructions recoeved a rude call back. Staff was talking to another staff member before she new I was on the phone and said" I don't know what instructions she needs just take the damn pill. Very rude. Once she realized I was on the phone she tryed to be nice. Very disappointed. I was given two different pre answers so I just wanted to clarify which one was correct.
