Waited over 1.25 hours past my appointment time to be told Tran was still busy with a difficult patient, and he still had another patient after that before he could see me. Was offered telemedicine at a time when I have another appointment to be at.
They do not value their patiens' time. If we are late or miss an appointment, we get charged. But if they're late and waste your time? They don't care.
