Great Doctor and the staff was friendly

Professional, personable, and skilled.

I had two doctors appointments today. One at 2:20 and another at 4:00 that took me months to get I couldn’t miss. I finally had to leave at 3:30 to make my other appointment. All I accomplished by leaving work early today to make my 2:20 appointment with Dr. Guiboux was to get an X-ray of my hand. Never saw the doctor. Glad I was required to pay my co-pay up front. Today’s appointment was a waste of my time. Seems my time was unimportant. An hour and 10 minutes and not see a doctor is unacceptable to me, my time is important too.

Could be more personable

Great communicator. Love that he is not which to push surgical responses when not yet warranted.

Jury still out. If he helps figure this out he’ll be my best friend. If not, I hope he will refer me to who can. Hopefully my insurance will pay for another EMG.

Jean-Paul is Excellent and staff is great. It's your central office that's out of line. You knowing my meds, I understand, but sharing my other information is annoying, unnecessary and required to often. Your group is text happy. Half the stuff you send is not necessary. Sally Williams Livonia, MI

Dr. Guiboux is a great skillful surgeon. He put my mind at ease pre and post surgery. He asked all my questions and let me know if I had concerns later he and his staff were available.

The electronics/paperwork required before my appointment is ridiculous.
