My 22 month old’s hand was crushed by a metal chair and I was beside myself. Dr. Johnson was compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. I walked out with all my questions answered, and a clarity for the future.

Had a great visit with Dr Johnson regarding my broken wrist. He carefully explained his recommendation to fix it and answered all my questions. I'm looking forward to feeling better and recovery!

Dr Johnson was good at listening, appeared interested, and then offered most likely diagnosis & prognosis. he quickly suggested two therapies. one was a a cortisone injection which i readily selected. he had all his supplies ready and i was in and out in 15 minutes. would definitely recommend.

Dr. Jayson C. Johnson was born and raised in southeastern Idaho. He studied exercise physiology and Spanish while attending Brigham Young University in Utah. He earned a medical degree at McGovern Medical School in Houston, Texas. After medical school he completed orthopedic residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia. Dr. Johnson continued his training by completing a 1 year fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He trained with both orthopedic and plastic surgeons in microsurgical techniques and upper extremity reconstruction.
He is a Candidate Member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery and a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Johnson loves spending time with his wife and kids. He also enjoys biking, skiing and climbing in the mountains.
