Dr. Hiratzka is kind and listens to what I was saying instead of already having an answer to my problem. He gave me multiple options with potential outcomes so I could make an informed decision. He made time to address any concerns and was available for any further questions. I am extremely grateful for him and the surgery was a success. I felt as though he didn’t care how I was feeling and the pain I was having. He laughed when I told him therapy hurt my body. It’s not my muscles that were hurting but he wasn’t concerned. I called the office back to see if he was really aware of my back issues with no return call. I will NEVER go back to him.

I got to see the doctor right away for my pressing problem but the pain med RX and the imaging request for me were not given to the staff. So days went by before I called to find the status and nobody knew. Then after more calls finally they were scheduled. The nice lady in authorizations dept. helped me out by expediting my MRI authorization and I got scheduled right after that.

If more Stars were available I would give him more. Very professional. Very encouraging, listening to what you have to say and not treating you as a number to be rushed out the door.

Your staff is awful. From the person that did my intake that literally couldn't spell, to the scheduler who couldn't get referrals to the correct offices, or even the right town. I'm throughly disappointed that I paid for such awful service. Just added more time to an already lengthy process involving excessive amounts of daily pain. #dobetter

Since my medical records from another State weren't able to be viewed I felt like he didn't believe me at all and was irritated about his time being wasted. When my records arrive he's going to see that I'm not just someone looking for pain meds etc and that my concerns are valid

Answered everything and even talked to relative on speaker during appointment.

It was a bad day I spend an hr waiting to see the Dr and no one told me nothing about the Dr was busy until I went and asked the nurses if he was going to see me or not I had to go back to work. This is being my worst experience to see a Dr. I hope the insurance doesn't get charged

Seems in a hurry and wants to be on his phone. Didn’t feel like I had his full attention. However, no one’s perfect and he seemed very knowledgeable.
