The encounter with Dr Talsania, though brief (< 10 minutes), adequently addressed my issue. However his visit started 50 minutes after my appointment time (I was 10 minutes early). I understand that unexpected events occur that cause delays, but to not apprise the patient that the provider is running late and predict a likely time of engagement implies that the provider's time is more important than the patient's, that he is unable to schdule to minimize these delays...or that he behaves as a monopolist and/or simply doesn't care.

Dr. Talsania saved my hand after another surgeon told me I would need another surgery. He treated me with a shot and that’s all I needed to fix the problem. He is the most wonderful, kindest and caring doctor and person I have ever met.

Very classy very pleasant n takes time to listen to his patients Some Drs have very good bed side manners while others don't Dr Talsania has a PHD in bed side manners too. From registration up to an including PT n after care very pleasant what a well oiled machine. I highly recommend this Dr over any other orthopedic care that's out there

He asked why I was there and I explained the problem with my left hand a locking finger and on my right hand some issues closing my hand on my walker and steering wheel . He reviewed my previous visit and treatment. He suggested doing the same with injections, and take it from there. Sounded good to me. So I agreed.

Dr. Talsania had a simple fix for 2 problems with my handswhereas 2 other doctors wanted to operate on me. He aspirated one area that was a problem and gave me a shot for the other. Thank goodness I drove an hour and waited a few months for an appointment with him rather than going through a surgical procedure with stitches. It took him less than 5 minutes for the aspiration and the shot. I was very impressed with his expertise as well as his down to earth personality.
