I would like a second opinion. Dr Patel "stated that my eyes looked fine. Also said that laser treatment was done last year .". I don't recall having that type of surgery. Dr Michael Morris eye exam on 9/09/24 for new glass stated I should have my eyes examined further because of changes in my eyes he saw. That is why I would like a second opinion.

Dr. Patel was very professional and welcoming he explained everything very clearly so that i understood what he was telling me. I left my appointment feeling very comfortable and i'll say the same about his assistant.

Very polite, and codial, but not ideal. Said he was going to double check my eye pressure but just looked at the back of my eyes, said he wouldngive me eye drop samples, did not, said he filled my prescription, did not.

I have been going to him for a long time and i recommend him.

I reached Pasadena location and was told my company AltaMed is not contracted by California Eye specialist. The manager forget to inform me and I had trouble reaching there, with insurance ride. Gross negligence. In past too I had problems with the front desk staff, rude and arrogant staff, even optical department do not want to work. Then why do you give the BOGO 50% offer for glasses. My insurance had approved my glasses. Dr Patel and Dr Amini are the best eyes doctor, not the staff.

Disappointed in the staff that is not That organized. I still can’t believe I was in the surgery room to have surgery with no lenses there. No one caught it until the doctor realized there was no lenses. Th Thank God They did not put the wrong lens in my eye. I can’t believe that the staff could not figure out that that they never sent me to have my eyes measured. I finally got my measured for my eyes, May 6 2024. Dr. Patel and his staff are wonderful. Quick check-in, friendly staff, wait but not too long, facility is new and has all new equipment. Dr. Patel spends time with you which allows you to ask questions and you dont leave wondering what happened. I wish more doctors were like him.

Dr Patel is the Dr. for your eye problems. He did my cataract surgery using the laser technology and walked me through the process. The results were I healed in 10 days and could tell when they took the first bandage off the results were perfect.

Very nice doctor he's very polite great attitude...But he had told my mom his assistant would come in to take pictures of her eyes so she wouldn't have to take a trip back to the office because it's so far and he never came in to take pictures just told us we would be going to Glendale now. We were a little upset because his assistant should of took pictures of my mom's eyes for her cataract surgery

I don't think I had the proper exam He just look with a light at the eyes and that was it I'm going to request a second exam if not a'm going to have to pay to another doctor Will not be check by him again I had my eyes check before and he did not check them properly maybe he was in a rush

Dr. Patel listened and understood my issues regarding complications from a cataract surgery. He prescribed medication that hopefully will correct my issues.

At my age, I have been to many different doctors office and Azul has to be THE WORST. When a patient has a referral to see a specialist, IT SHOULD NOT take 4 to 5 months to see a doctor. As a patient waiting to have cataract surgery is nerve racking enough and the staffs at Azul not being there for the patient is ridiculous. I don't understand why you have surgical coordinators who don't do any work. They don't take calls or ever call patient on the status of their surgeries. It's crazy how the surgery center calls 2 days prior and not the coordinators. Thanks for the LAST MINUTE NOTIFICATION! Like we the paying patient have nothing better to do besides waiting for the surgery date and time.

Visit for cataract surgery. Brief visit. Doctor checked my eyes. I did not ask if i got any questions. I asked him about what lenses i will get. He checked my eyes for stigma. Said ok you can have better lens. Still need to go to another appointment for pre-op. Hope they will tell me more of my concern, or i have to ask more questons myself
