i strongly value education, & on his white lab coat, I immediately noticed all of his degrees. He spent about 30 minutes reviewing my EKG & medical record, an amount of time which I really appreciated. Nice “bedside manner.”

I am sure Dr. Koons knows his stuff and is very busy~~ but I am so tired of doctors who run into the room and run out as if they are sprinting in a marathon. My life matters~ my health matters~ my heart matters~ and I want to be met with the seriousness that it deserves. Dr. Koons hardly let me speak and rushed through our meeting~ it was really disheartening.
