Dr. Jay C. Koons, M.D. received his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacology from Butler University going on to receive his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Iowa. He attended the University of Maryland for medical school and completed his Internship and Residency at the University of Florida. For his Fellowship, Dr. Koons was Chief Fellow at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama.

Never been to a doctor that charges for somebody to hear their test results...they charge me $120 yo just tell me they found nothing and cant help me...like they could have called. Then they send so many bills that I didnt owe and no matter how many times I called they wouldn't fix it and were so rude. I asked the receptionist and she called them and fixed it in a few seconds. Total waste of time and money
