Dr. Jay C. Koons, M.D. received his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacology from Butler University going on to receive his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Iowa. He attended the University of Maryland for medical school and completed his Internship and Residency at the University of Florida. Dr Koons was very thorough in performing tests that provided a clear and complete assessment of my cardiac health. He took his time in explaining all test results. He also adjusted my medication that resulted in a very positive change.
