We got lost and were late to our appointment but Dr Guan kindly fit us into his busy schedule.
He spent so much time answering all my questions and he generously gave me samples of the very expensive antibiotic
drug he prescribed.

I absolutely love Dr. Guan! He is thorough, knowledgeable and looks out for my best interests!
My only problem is touching base with the support staff that I need to talk to! I have asked for refills and even the pharmacy has requested refills and we never hear back. I have had blood tests that I got paperwork for and not being able to have them done after waiting 1/2 hour. They tell me there are no codes on my paperwork so they can't do them. Called the office and asked them to mail me the orders with the codes needed and never received them.
Besides all of that I love Dr. Guan ❤️. He is so in tune with what I am going through!

Dr Guan did my colonoscopy in April and my Endoscopy a few days ago. I feel privileged to be his patient and both procedures went flawlessly! Superb bedside manner and meticulously thorough! I feel blessed to have discovered him and only moved to Camarillo several months ago! Niko
