Dr. Gazzala was the recipient of DuPont/Fuentes Endowed Fellowship Award at the University of Texas at Houston, 2013-2014 and Physician of the Year 2016-2017, Highlands Hospital Scottsboro AL. Been over two weeks and still no follow up. Also. the provider didn’t fill the Dr’s request. Waste of time and resources.
