Very caring and patient with me. I had to get a cortisone shot in my kneecap today, and I was terrified. Dr. Bilal promised me I would feel no pain. He first put lidocaine on the area, and then sprayed it with freezing spray before he put the shot in. I felt no pain. He was so reassuring. Anytime, I pose a question Dr. Bilal takes the time to explain things so I understand easily.
