I think Dr Bilal is excellent! The only thing that is a little disappointing is that he doesn't order specific tests such as a CT scan for the lungs Etc. Even though he is a specialized doctor, one would think that he would have the ability to do so. He advised me to speak to my primary care to get that set up along with a stool sample for colonoscopy. It would be a lot easier if he would just arrange those things instead of advising me to go elsewhere to my primary. Other than that I think he's a very good doctor.
