Dr. Reiss has always been on top of the care of my knees! I would not go anywhere else!

He was to busy to see. I got there at 10:40 for a 11:30 appointment. I stated that it was important that I be back home by 1pm, for another appointment. I had a medical transportation ride to take me and pick me up. I was I an electric wheel chair. By 10 after 12, I was hurting. My med. ride had returned 20 min. ago. I ask a guy in the lobby if he was there for Dr. Reese. He said yes, his appointment time was 11:15. One other man left, said he was there 1 and a half hours. I felt it important to see Dr. Reese, but just hurt too much, and told the receptionist that I had to go.

He is a great Dr easy to Talk to. Very thorough and assures that I am comfortable and know what to expect throughout the entire process.

Was very impressed with the amount of time he spent with me and my concerns. Also his explanation of what knee surgery involved and what i should expect after surgery.

I had at an appointment at 2:45pm waited until 4:00pm and was not called. I went up to the reception counter and cancelled the appointment. Date of appointment was 8/8/23. The system in office sucks.

My only complaint is, although I had a 2:30 appointment, I wasn't see 'til nearly 4:00.

He was very rude! Only cared about my weight . They took X-rays of knee’s I had to ask him what he thought. Was basically here for second opinion since I moved from Tampa and need a local orthopedic doctor. My left knee was treated with glysen no problem my right knee has not stopped hurting since shot steriods and first glysen shot . Very quick with me no time to even tell him about anything . I can assure you all I had tibia plateau fracture which required surgery and I was 30 lbs heavier and had no problem. I felt very insulted and will never come back . I have an appt with Maryanna 8-24 to see about sciatic if it’s a nerve causing pain which was set up way before the appt with him! Not sure if I’ll keep it or not at this point I’d rather drive to Tampa pain and all !!

This is NOT about Dr. Reiss himself. This is about the office! The girl at the check in desk, accidentally put me as a no show. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before I checked with another person at the desk who found the error. The said that Dr. Reiss would see me right away. They quickly called me back and it is now 25 minutes later and I’m STILL WAITING!! This is absolutely ridiculous, and shouldn’t happen in any doctor’s office!!

The person who removed my staples was very nice and was concerned about the pain. I don't remember her name. Everyone in the office was nice and professional.

Love the doc, hate the scheduling practice. I waited an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room, then another 1/2 hour in the exam room. Not the first time, but every time. This shows a callous disregard for the patients and their time, which is valuable to them.

This man is the best in my books. He did a total knee replacement revision on my left knee five years ago and again 11/2/22. Successful each time. His protocol that his staff, nurses, therapists, etc follow is obviously set up for excellence. I am so thankful he did my knee.

Excellent doctor, surgeon. Very confident in placing my care in his hands. Only complaint is if you have to see a dr in the group for a procedure he wants done you have to be a new patient and wait many weeks for follow up care. I had had two previous surgeries from Dr Greenberg and Dr . Reid’s but still have to wait another month for a shot in hip from Dr, James To move forward with diagnosis and another month to see how that plays out so many more months in pain to move through the process of proper course of action.
