Dr. Miller was very thorough and explained everything to me extremely well including my options. I left feeling informed and hopeful.

Extremely disappointed by my experience. I explained that I was concerned about possible peripheral neuropathy in my feet and that I had already tried using a metatarsal pad. Despite that, I did not receive the sensory or neurological examination I expected, and the primary treatment offered was another piece of padding added to my insole. The resident was kind, attentive, and seemed knowledgeable. My issue is not with her. However, my appointment was with Dr. Miller, and I expected him to take a more active role in evaluating my concerns. He spent very little time with me and relied heavily on the resident throughout the appointment. After preparing the padding, he did not even return to watch me take a few steps in it, assess whether it improved my gait or pain, or determine whether it needed adjustment. Instead, he sent the resident back to conclude the visit. Dr. Miller did not answer my follow-up questions or explain how this pad differed from what I had already tried, what he b

His interns trainees spent more time. His assistant said I needed an MRI. He came in for about 3 minutes and said I had a fractured tibia His assistant gave me an enormous boot. I told her it hurt but she said I had to wear it. My foot swelled up like crazy from my foot carring this noot. He said nothing about return visit. I asked the aid and she said 4 months! Never again!
